DIY Retail Warehouse Sheffield
- Relocation of existing timber yard from the site and redevelopment
to provide a 100,000 sq. ft. retail warehouse plus 30,000 sq. ft. garden
centre and builders yard on an 11 acre site fronting Queens Road (A61)
in Sheffield.
- Fully developed on behalf of the site owner, Arnold Laver & Co.
Ltd., Bolsterstone delivered the completed scheme on programme and budget
for fit out and occupation by B&Q Plc in December 2002.
- Total project end value circa £20 million.
