• Site Purchase
  We will buy land with or without planning consent for development across all property sectors. Brownfield opportunities are welcomed.
  
  
• End user relocations and redevelopment of existing sites
  Companies often occupy valuable land which can release capital through redevelopment if a relocation is undertaken. We will work with business occupiers and use our own internal resources to release capital by delivering the relocation property and developing the existing site.
  
  
• Renewable energy
  The company has developed considerable expertise in renewable energy projects and is actively seeking to make substantial investments in these markets. Particular areas of interest are wind energy, biogas and energy from crops. Projects involving new forms of high performance insulation are also of considerable interest.
  
  
• Joint ventures
  We are interested in discussing a variety of joint venture arrangements with landowners, other developers or investors. Funding of up to 100% of development costs is available.
  
  
• Development funding participation
  We are willing to discuss providing equity funding of development or investment deals of up to £10 million. There is no lower limit.
  
  
• Business acquisition
  The Directors have previously formed and managed successful large non-property business enterprises. We are therefore able to consider the acquisition or participation in all forms of business but especially those proving property related opportunities.
