Urbo Regeneration
Urbo is a property development and investment company delivering best practice urban regeneration projects. Established in 2007, Urbo combines the expertise of the directors of Bolsterstone Group, Arnold Laver and Co Ltd and AGD Regeneration Ltd. Urbo Regeneration specialises in developing large-scale mixed-use regeneration projects in partnership with the Public Sector. The company has a number of projects under development, the largest being a housing development in Bradford called New Bolton Woods, and West Bar Square in Sheffield.
Chesterfield Waterside
Chesterfield Waterside Limited is an innovative joint venture partnership between Bolsterstone Group, Arnold Laver Group and Chesterfield Borough Council. The £320million, mixed-use scheme is situated adjacent to Chesterfield town centre and the mainline railway station, spans 40-acres on a former, largely unused, industrial site. Predominantly residentially lead, the mixed-use scheme will comprise contemporarily designed homes, offices, shops and leisure accommodation in a waterside parkland setting. The Joint Venture partners, Chesterfield Borough Council, Arnold Laver Group and Bolsterstone Group have collectively created a structure which allows flexible delivery of the scheme whilst adopting a fully collaborative approach. The early success of Chesterfield Waterside has seen it listed as one of Planning Magazine’s Top 100 Regeneration Projects in the UK.
Laver Regeneration
Capitalising on Urbo Regeneration Ltd’s successful joint venture with Arnold Laver, delivering flagship developments such as Chesterfield Waterside, New Bolton Woods and West Bar Square, we have extended the partnership to create Moneystone Park. Laver Leisure was formed to deliver holiday parks. Bolsterstone is working with Laver Leisure to deliver the £50million, 400 acre leisure development, Moneystone Leisure Park near Whiston, Staffordshire. The development will see former Moneystone Quarry regenerated into 250 high quality lodges set in the existing woodland and wetland landscape.
