Peter Swallow
Peter has worked in property development since the early 1980s, but also has a passion for regeneration. As co-founder of Bolsterstone, set up 1989, Peter has worked on and delivered a variety of projects. Peter has lived in Chesterfield for over 40 years and is proud to be the Chair of Destination Chesterfield.
Ian Limb
Ian joined Bolsterstone in 2007 following a 25 year career within the commercial sector of the construction and civil engineering industry for both national and regional main contractors. Ian specialises in commercial and risk management and is responsible for scheme development and delivery from site acquisition, team assembly, planning, construction phase procurement and delivery. He also liaises with the potential building tenants/end users to ensure co-ordination and integration of the user requirements into the construction process.
Tom Swallow
Tom joined Bolsterstone in 2019 and have previously worked in the Development Consultancy and Agency sectors at global firms BNP Paribas Real Estate and Knight Frank. Tom is a Development Manager within Bolsterstone and oversees the strategic devliery of all of the sites.
