Mixed Use

Pearl Works, Sheffield

Located adjacent to Hallam University, within Sheffield’s Heart of the City project area and within short walking distance of the main city centre amenities and railway station, Pearl Works was a mixed-use scheme that comprised a ground floor Tesco food store together with 53 student units.

Pearl Works has redefined the face of student accommodation in one of the UK’s most cosmopolitan cities, in both its physical construction and performance as an investment,

Bolsterstone submitted and obtained detailed planning consent for a mixed-use scheme incorporating a retail food store at ground floor and 50 student residences over four upper floors. The site was subsequently sold to a London Investment Fund in completion.
