Bolsterstone located a suitable site for the development of a regional parcel hub from which UPS could service the south West of England.

Making use of our extensive contacts, Bolsterstone identified a number of suitable sites in the South West, and subsequently selected a property located on the Gloucester Business Park, in Gloucester.

Gloucester Business Park offers bespoke industrial, warehouse and office space available from 20,000sq.ft Located between Gloucester and Cheltenham the Park is easily accessible for both business travel and commuting. Sitting alongside the M5 and A417 dual carriageway the park provides fast access to destinations in the Midlands, North, Wales, South West and South East.

UPS entered into an agreement to lease with Bolsterstone for the development of the site, which has since become Lynx Express Ltd.  The site was purchased by Bolsterstone, with a building also designed, procured and funded by us. On completion of the new distribution centre Lynx/UPS entered into an institutional lease for a period of 15 years with Bolsterstone.
