Subsequently, Bolsterstone negotiated a development agreement with the successful bidder on behalf of the client, and oversaw construction through to completion, a contract that ran for 18 months. The Commercial elements of the scheme were subsequently let on behalf of the client, generating Investment income, and all the residential elements were sold by the Developer. The scheme is fully complete and occupied, the total scheme value being circa £30 millio
